Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SuperNova Logic services operated by NeverlandJS, LLC ("Company", "us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Overage Fees: You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any "Overage Fees" incurred from API usage or resource consumption that exceeds the limits of your selected plan. These fees are calculated based on our standard rates and are billed automatically. This policy ensures we can maintain performance during high-revenue spikes or periods of intense usage.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all API protocols, software designs, code, and visual interfaces—are and will remain the exclusive property of NeverlandJS, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
We are committed to customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of billing issues.
Mandatory Contact Requirement: You agree that before initiating any chargeback, dispute, or claim with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider, you MUST contact us at [email protected] and allow us at least 72 hours to address and resolve the issue. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve all disputes amicably.
In no event shall NeverlandJS, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
