We offer a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase of any new subscription (monthly or annual) if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, email support at [email protected] with your account email and invoice details. Once we confirm your request is within 14 days and matches the account/invoice, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that this guarantee applies only to the first payment of a new subscription. Renewals are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee.
We recognize that technical errors can happen. Refunds may be considered in the following specific cases:

For requests within 14 days of the initial purchase of a new subscription, we will process a full refund upon request (no reason required). All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Please include your order number and account email.
Refund requests made after 14 days are generally not provided, except where required by law. We may deny or reverse a refund only in cases of confirmed fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse.
